Episode 02: ADHD Creativity

This episode is all about finding the strengths in our brains! With help from our guests, we’ll explore neurodiversity beyond the label of “disorder”, and think about how our brains are working to provide us with some major superpowers! We’ll hear from Zamir, a kid with ADHD who loves performing and designing.

Lucy also interviews Penn Holderness, 1/4 of the amazing family behind some of the most popular and hilarious viral videos out there! Penn and his wife Kim were also recent winners of the Amazing Race, and he has talked a lot about how neurodiversity has helped him with a very long list of professional and personal accomplishments! Check out one of Lucy’s favorite Holderness song parodies, “ADHD”!
